The Counter Threat Pavilion, in partnership with Counter-EO UK, CBRN-UK & DPAC, and in collaboration with Department for Business & Trade, UK Defence and Security Exports and MOD, will feature members from these specialist groups, showcasing the latest capabilities to reduce the likelihood of a CBRN attack and the integrated solutions based on British excellence to counter the IED threat.
Counter Threat Demonstrations
Counter-EO UK & CBRN-UK will conduct scenario-based live and interactive demonstrations, featuring highly skilled current personnel from these two specialist areas carrying out British Army protocol and procedures during realistic scenarios featuring products from our exhibitors.
Last year the Counter-Explosive Ordnance team and bomb disposal operator demonstrated specialist clearance of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
Whilst a CBRN capability demonstration carried out by a specialist CBRN operator used cutting-edge chemical, biological and radiological detection apparatus.
