Tom was appointed Chief Executive Shoreham Port in October 2019. Prior to this he held the role of Security Director Heathrow for five years. Tom’s early career was spent with Royal Mail, joining as a graduate entrant he progressed to the position of Regional Operations Director. Alongside his current executive role Tom is a Non-Executive Director at Sutton Decentralised Energy Network. He holds a MBA from Bayes Business School London and a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, both with distinction. Tom lives in West Sussex and is married with three daughters.
