With experience over 20 years, I have become highly efficient & organised Security, Safety & Risk Professional, with significant experience in the development and implementation of effective Security and Safety strategies, policies & procedures. I have an extensive career in the Security Operations, Safety & Risk Management industries. I have worked in both multi and single site environment and have managed both large and small security teams. I aim to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and commerce are at the forefront of everything I do. Using my detailed knowledge of legislation, principles, techniques and systems, I have incorporated holistic approach to ensure organisational compliance to minimise exposure to risk and increased profitability.
