Assistant Commissioner, Tim Cutbill, Former Head of Operational Resilience Department, London Fire Brigade in 1986, his current post is Assistant Commissioner for Operational Resilience. His responsibilities included the delivery of London and National Resilience programmes including managing the consequences of a major or catastrophic incident such as a terrorist attack, event planning and Inter-Agency Liaison. The event planning role encompassed being the lead officer for the Queens Diamond Jubilee and a national co-ordination role for the 2012 Olympics games. Tim has been an operational officer for the past 28 years and has dealt with a wide range of incidents including the Kings Cross Fire and the 7/7 Bombings. Tim became an Inter-Agency Liaison Officer in 2002 and the National Inter-agency Liaison Co-ordinator in 2014.
