Kish Naidoo has been a police officer for over 26 years. He began his career in Lancashire Constabulary and spent four years on the Armed Response Unit. Kish transferred to the Metropolitan Police Service in 2007 where in 2016, he was promoted to the rank of Inspector as a Duty Officer in Hounslow. In the aftermath of the Westminster terror attack he moved to Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection as the armed policing lead for Parliament. In 2020 Kish moved to Counter Terrorism Policing, initially onto International Protect and Prepare (P&P) where he was Head of Capability Development in National Counter Terrorism Security Office. Kish is currently the Deputy National Coordinator P&P and the Head of International P&P.
