Spencer has a wide range of experience working across Community Safety within a local authority and Community Safety Partnership setting and has developed strategy and delivery that span across a wide range of topics including Youth Justice, Modern Slavery, Exploitation, Domestic Abuse, Road Safety, Licencing & Night Time Economy. Spencer currently leads and chairs both the Prevent Partnership and Protect & Prepare Partnership In North East Lincolnshire and has been instrumental in developing the local approach as part of the North East region Publicly Accessible Locations (PALs) Pilot.
