Sarah Walker has over 25 years’ experience of the Evening and Nighttime Economy (ENTE) from her previous roles at the BII (British Institute of Innkeeping), Best Bar None National Co-ordinator and Purple Flag Programme Manager.

Sarah has worked with many towns and cities across the UK and Ireland and internationally in Sweden and Auckland, New Zealand.
Sarah has always been passionate about the ENTE and keeping people safe and believes effective partnership working is key to making a real difference to diversification, safety and perception of our towns and cities both nationally and internationally.

Since 2021 Sarah has been Project Manager with Safer Business Network for the GLA and MOPAC delivering the Women’s Night Safety Charter across London. Having grown the Charter signatories by over 500 % , supporting businesses and organisations across London in tackling Violence against Women & Girls (VAWG).
