With over 25 years HR experience, Sarah is a fellow of the CIPD and has held several senior HR roles in organisations across a wide range of sectors including retail, railway, financial services and protective services. In her current role Sarah combines both her operational excellence expertise and her HR experience, with her passion for people and employee engagement. With a particular interest in diversity, inclusion and belonging, Learning & Development, fair pay and health & wellbeing for all.
