Sam Olsen is the VP of ARI (Adarga Research Institute) at Adarga. He was formally the CEO of a leading think tank focused on measuring and understanding the evolving nature of national influence. His writing on geopolitical risk, and Chinese-Western relations in particular, has been extensively published, including in The Spectator, The Hill, and The South China Morning Post.
