Ian Acheson has thirty years experience working in the criminal justice system from the from front line to the boardroom. He's held many senior Government posts and led a landmark independent government enquiry into Islamist extremism in prisons in 2016. He's a visiting professor at Staffordshire school of law, policing and forensics and a senior advisor to the Global NGO The Counter Extremism Project with an extensive media profile and an international practice in policing and counterterrorism.
