Phil served in the Metropolitan Police from 1979 until 2011 serving at London Heathrow Airport, specialist Firearms and special Branch. On leaving the police Phil worked as Security Manager at the Olympic Park, Stratford and the BUPA Cromwell Hospital before joining the RFU at Twickenham in 2014. The Rugby World Cup of 2015 was a unique experience for the stadium, bringing security challenges as the host venue. Phil is driven to provide customer service focused security and implementing positive change to the industry, always seeking improved operational performance at the highest professional level.
