Mike has over 30 years' experience within the retail security industry and has established himself as an invaluable Manager and Investigator. He currently manages the Investigations and store detective teams within Harrods and is responsible for designing the varied systems utilised in the prevention and detection of criminal activity. Mike thrives on working in such diverse environs and has developed a security training programme for all new staff into the store and personally assists in delivering training to the security department. He is also a certified Project Griffin trainer and has devoted a lot of his time to ensuring that this vital message is communicated to all staf
