Khaled Alanazi
Khalid Alanazi is the Associate Director of Airport Security and Safety at Red Sea Global (RSG), a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund.
Khalid leads Airport Security for The Red Sea and AMAALA, two exceptional, regenerative tourism destinations that aim to set new standards in sustainable development and put Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map.
In his role, Khalid is responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport security and safety for visitors and staff at the destinations. This includes developing and implementing security protocols, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends in aviation security.
With over 18 years of experience in aviation operations, Khalid brings a unique blend of strategic vision and practical know-how to his role. He previously worked at King Khalid International Airport where he oversaw the entire lifecycle of Terminal 5 from its inception through to operations. He also served as Aerodrome Operations Manager at Riyadh Airports.
Khalid holds a Bachelor’s in Business Track System from Open University. He holds certifications in airport security management from the UK Civil Aviation Authority and the ACI Global Safety Network.
