Speakers

Helen is one half of the Deputy Director for Resilience Strategy in the Economic and Domestic Secretariat of the Cabinet Office. Helen is an economist by background who has worked for DWP and the Money and Pensions Service, HM Treasury, the Department for Culture Media and Sport and the Domestic Secretariat in EDS. She was also UK representative on the finance committee of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. She shares the role with Kate Noble.
