As Chief Operating Officer, Gemma leads the Security, Aviation, and Construction Logistics services for Wilson James and provides senior leadership support and operational oversight to the entirety of our business. Gemma sits on our Investor’s Board as a part owner of the company, as well as on our Executive and Operational Boards, and has over 20 years’ experience working in the Security, Aviation and Construction Logistics industries. She is also our Executive Chair for our People Networks in Wilson James, overseeing four Networks that drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) throughout our business and works with numerous industry groups and bodies that focus on improving welfare and professional standards across the UK in our respective markets.
