Dorota Broom is a dynamic force in the aviation security industry, bringing 16 years of experience and dedication to enhancing global security standards. Since joining CAA International in June 2022 as a Technical Advisor for Aviation Security, Dorota has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge training and technical support to an international audience. Dorota is a DfT Certified Instructor and a proactive collaborator on critical projects, including a three-year research project for EASA “Impact of Security Measures on Safety”, the ICAO Security Culture, and training delivery oversees. She advocates for the integration of Human Factors and Security Culture to elevate aviation security worldwide.
