David Conceicao is an Australian based Security and Intelligence Professional currently working with OSINT Combine. He has had spent over 15 years working in the law enforcement and intelligence environment with the Australian Government and has specialized in tackling serious organized crime and terrorism throughout his career. He was instrumental in leading Australia's whole of government initiatives to tackle threats to national security, including topics relating to Foreign fighters - ISIS, far-right extremism and the nexus to organised crime. Since leaving the government, David continues with his passion to assist Governments to tackle these threats through the use of Open Source Intelligence or OSINT.
