Anna-Liisa has over 10 years of experience across the security sector and is currently working in the public sector. She runs Minerva Mission and is a Board member of the Women’s Security Society. Anna-Liisa also served as a Co-chair of the Security Institute's Inclusive Security SIG, which in 2021, was awarded the David Clark Award for Exceptional Contribution to the UK Security Industry by The UK Security Commonwealth. 

Previously, Anna-Liisa worked for a global emergency assistance company and founded SheTravel, powered by NGS. Anna-Liisa holds an MA in International Relations and Security. After her studies, Anna-Liisa was an intern with NATO HQ Counter-Terrorism Section.
