Andy is the COO of Arquebus, a British company helping governments around the world to prevent the misuse of firearms. Following a highly successful 33-year career in UK Policing, focussed on Intelligence and Major & Serious Crime and Counter Terrorism Investigations, Andy joined Arquebus to look after internal governance, programme delivery, and to use his experience to help foreign governments build effective small arms and light weapons control programs. This work is conducted across Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean, and includes advice and guidance (consulting), filling capacity gaps (managed forensic services), developing procedures and people (training), as well as providing the technology to underpin successful gun control programs.
