Allan Harder is the operational lead for integrity screening at Police CPI. Allan directly advised and supported all police forces during the recent integrity screening project, the largest such integrity screening of any national workforce, which was successfully undertaken for policing. Allan was previously the Head of Safeguarding at North Yorkshire Police and has over 30 years policing experience.
