This panel discussion will outline the current issues and preventative initiatives being taken to prevent violence against women and girls and domestic abuse. A pilot scheme commenced in November 2023 to explore the various existing and new opportunities to support potential victims. These include a taxi marshalling scheme, safe havens, a safe haven app, BE LADS, WAVE training and a Building Security Assessment Scheme.
