In recent years, the illegal killing and trafficking of wildlife, along with deforestation and other forms of environmental degradation has become a major concern. This is particularly true for Western Africa due to its large land area, complex socio-political landscape, and limited resources for conservation efforts. Amidst this crisis, Prevail Partners has emerged as a crucial partner due to its advanced information collection methods and ability to provide comprehensive insight into conservation areas. The client was tasked with taking over management of national parks in remote and high-risk areas without any information to inform their decision, due to the lack of publicised data and social media presence.
