This security programme is the professional standard for frontline security operatives and is applicable to both public and private security organisations/departments.

Officers may work alone or as part of a team and must undertake professional development to enhance their skills and understand the organisation’s security culture.

Suitable for:

Officers that undertake the following roles: concierge, reception, control rooms, static, mobile, key holding, dog section, education or corporate security.

Duration:

12 Months

Progression:

Upon completion, the next step would be the Security First Line Manager Level 3 programme.
