It takes less than 3 minutes from an alarm being received by the Peoplesafe control centre to information being given to the control centre in the country of incident.

Using pinpoint GPS data, profile information and conversations with the employee, the local service provider will have a report telling them:

• who the person is
• where they are in the country
• details of the incident
• important information (e.g. medical conditions)
   

English-speaking response

During an alarm, your staff will speak with our expertly trained UK-based Alarm Controllers to provide them with an English-speaking contact wherever they are.

The local control centre will liaise with their Peoplesafe counterparts who will provide updates directly to the employee and be in touch with relevant escalation contacts.

Eurowatch alarms, like any others, will only be ended once the employee has confirmed they are safe and happy for it to be closed down.
