Draken is ideal for use against parcels and briefcases or for component disruption of power sources and switches.

Depending on which of the two supplied barrels is used, it is equivalent in performance to the PigStick Disruptor and PigStick Lightweight Disruptor.

Unlike existing disruptors, the Draken was explicitly designed for use in areas where obtaining ammunition is difficult or impossible. The disruptor is powered by a self-loaded 12-gauge cartridge case and a common electric squib.  

The kit includes a stock of cases, squibs, and wads. The only thing that needs to be sourced locally is double-based propellant, which can, if necessary, be obtained from recovered small arms ammunition. It is made entirely from stainless components that will last for several years of use without special care or servicing.
