By utilizing standard smartphone cameras, Biocapture brings fingerprint capturing to the user or into the field. In order to ensure compatibility with existing fingerprint databases, Biocapture was tested and verified against common AFIS matchers. It was designed with usability and performance in mind, allowing anyone to use it – without training or dedicated knowledge.

The Biocapture SDK enables seamless integration into existing workflows and infrastructures and is compatible with Android and iOS devices. It supports standard image formats such as raw, WSQ, JPEG2000 as well as custom formats.
