Recommended by the Department for Transport (DfT), 3DSTP is a test piece designed specifically for use with security computed tomography (CT) imaging systems.

3DSTP can be used quickly and easily on a routine basis to provide an ongoing check of imaging performance, particularly detectability in three different density materials each at three different sphere sizes.
